About me...

I am a dedicated osteopath with a strong academic and clinical background. I completed my Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2025, following five years of part‑time study. Before qualifying as an osteopath, I spent around ten years working as a Sports Massage Therapist, giving me extensive hands‑on experience with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

I also have a lifelong passion for sport, exercise and fitness. Growing up in New Zealand, I spent most of my time outdoors and on the move, I studied in NZ becoming a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor which helped me develop a deep understanding of how the body works in real life, not just in textbooks. I understand how the body should move, what can go wrong, and how to take a realistic, practical approach to osteopathic care.

My goal is to help you move more freely, reduce pain and support you in living an active, fulfilling life.
