Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness to all patients and to allow adequate time to offer appointments to others, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, will be charged in full. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments (two or more) may result in a requirement for pre-payment when booking future appointments.
